Render problem in QToolBar when unifiedTitleAndToolBarOnMac is true and QGLWidget is used

    Description

      The issue is shown in the screenshots attached.

      I have modified the HelloGL example for adding a toolbar. If the QGLWidget is not present, you can see the unifiedToolBar without any rendering issues (first screenshot), as soon as the QGLWidget is added to the layout, the toolbar is rendered with a black background (second screenshot).

      I am still using Qt4.8.6 for my releases because this kind of issues with the unified tool bar in MacOSX.

      Any workaround would be really appreciated.
