Tooltips are not reliably displayed in the Qt Quick Designer

      The tooltips are not always displayed in Qt Quick Designer. You can make them appear by using them in some other part of Qt Creator, such as the Preferences dialog. When you open Qt Quick Designer, the tooltips work there, again, too.
