QPrintDialog on Mac OSX doesn't have a default filename for Save As PDF

      When the Mac OSX native Print dialog is brought up and the PDF>Save as PDF (or Save as Postscript) is brought up, the default filename is never set, it's always "Untitled".

      I have tried to setDocName, setOutputFileName, setWindowTitle, setAccessibleName, setObjectName on the calling Widget, on the QPrinter, and on the QPrintDialog (see attached main.cpp).
