QGraphicsWebView rendering issues

With the attached test application and html file several rendering issues can be seen. Since the issues are probably related I'm filing a single report for all of the issues.

Steps to reproduce:

• Launch test application
• Type in some text in the text fields

Issue1:
-------------
Extra vertical lines are observed while cursor is moving to left by pressing arrow left key from keyboard.
OS: Mac OS X 10.9.3

Issue2:
-------------
The cursor has a dot (.) below in the sign in text box. Here cursor is blinking and observed . in text box.
OS: Windows7

Issue3:
-------------
After lauching the application junk dotted blue line on screen can be observed.
OS: Windows7,8 and Mac OS X.

Issue4:
-------------
Show password check box outline is missing for one side.
OS: Windows7.

Issue5:
-------------
There are some horizontal and vertical lines highlighted while sign in.
OS: Windows7.
