Make public the TableViewSelection helper

      The TableView handles the selection of the rows with a TableViewSelection helper. It would be nice to make this helper public, so that the developers can use it in other controls like ListView. It provides a nice way to handle selections of multiple rows and it would be really useful to have it as standard public API
