QPlatformBackingStore::scroll leads to artifacts on QNX

The attached test app shows two issues:
1) When the subwindow is moved very fast there will be artifacts on the screen.
2) When the keyboard is used to navigate in the list of the subwindow, the highlighting shows artifacts when the scroll area changes.
