MenuStyle: styleData.pressed is missing

      The Flat style wants to visualize pressed state for Menus / ComboBox popups, but MenuStyle::itemDelegate does not get the information whether it's pressed or not. There's only bool styleData::selected which is the currently hovered item, but no styleData::pressed.
