Description

This is a sub-task of the High DPI metatask that should be adressed for 5.4.

To do:

There are still items with hard-coded sizes, fex radio buttons, dock widget title buttons, etc.
This also affects other styles

Test example: See ~~QTBUG-38993~~ or the attached styletester or ~~QTBUG-45055~~ (multiscreen/multistyle).
