Support for objc-gc compile flag, Mac OS X garbage collection

It would great if Qt could work properly if built with the garbage collection compiler flag -fobjc-gc so that users could write Qt libraries that could be loaded by garbage collected processes. This is currently working somewhat, however, crashes occur when attempting to select items from a QComboBox or when displaying Qt based context menus on any items.
