Dragging a window while menu is open requires two mouse click

    Description

      In any Qt application when menu is open and mouse is pressed on title bar to drag the window, menu closes as expected but window can not be dragged. It requires another click to drag the window where as in most windows application if any menu is open user can still drag that window with only one mouse click.
