QGLWidget always creates OpenGL context version 1.0 on OS X

      When creating a QGLWidget, the context returned is always OpenGL version 1.0 independent of the requested QGLFormat.

      This issue is present when compiling the attached test against Qt 4.8.6, but is no longer present when compiling agains 5.3.1.

      Since PySide is only available for the Qt4 library version, it is of interest for this fix to be backported from Qt5.
