ODBC: When retriving a double/float with high precision then it will not retrieve the whole double

      ODBC: When retriving a double/float with high precision then it will not retrive the whole double, this is because the column size is specified to be 15, but this is referring to the maximum size of the precision and not the whole size of the column.
