Make it easier to see where there are untranslated strings that needs to be updated

Since the translation files may contain untranslated strings when a new release is coming out, I'm suggesting that when a new minor release is coming out we know if there are new strings added or old one's changed. Therefore all the unupdated translations should be moved into a separate directory, so it would be clear that those are not up-to-date. When the strings are updated, those would be moved to the usual folder.

This way it would be easier to see where is work to do and where the strings are up-to-date.
