[Windows] windeployqt does not appear to check the dependencies of the QML plugins

      [Windows] windeployqt does not appear to check the dependencies of the QML plugins. When running windeployqt on an application which uses something like the Qt Enterprise Charts via QML (and not directly in the C++ side) then it should pick up the dependency on the qtcommercialcharts.dll but it does not pick this up.
