No wheel events under RHEL 6.5

      Steps:
      Build Qt 5.3.1 from source with flags -commercial -qt-xcb -nomake tests(Xi2 must be on, install libXi-devel if needed)
      Compile examples/widgets/widgets/mousebuttons

      Workaround:
      configure Qt 5.3.1 with -no-xinput2 flag
