The comments in qloggingcategory.cpp indicate the file name to be used for log rules is QtProject/qlogging.ini, when in fact it is QtProject/qtlogging.ini (notice the extra t). Had to dig through the code to find the bug. Also, the comments should be updated to indicate the section needs to be called [Rules] (not lower case).
