winrt: Synchronous socket calls are broken

    • WinRT

      Calls such as:

      QAbstractSocket::waitForConnected()
QAbstractSocket::waitForDisconnected()
QSslSocket::waitForEncrypted()

      are broken on WinRT due to a missing native implementation of waitForRead()/waitForWrite(). As HTTP(S) does not rely on these, the majority of users may be unaffected.
