Crash when mouse is removed while handling mouse input

      Qt 5.3.1 and git dev branch built with GCC 4.9.1
      libxcb 1.11
      xorg-server 1.16

      I've managed to cause a segfault in Qt-based applications by removing my USB mouse while it's input is being handled, such as text selection or drag-and-drop movement.

      I have reproduced this on Qt Creator and my own Qt-based app with Qt 5.3.1, and then on
      Qt Designer from a freshly built git dev branch (attached stack trace is from Designer).
      Please note that this does not reproduce right away and may take a few mouse removals.
