The colors for Highlighted text in the Inactive Color group on windows are wrong (regression from Qt 4)

      In Qt 5.3.1 with both Windows and Fusion styles the colors for the Highlight and HighlightedText in the Inactive ColorGroup are the same as Base and Text

      This means that if, for example, a table widget loses focus, you can no longer see which rows are highlighted.

      This is a regression from Qt 4.
