REG [5.3.2-5.4] Dialog flag prevents WA_TranslucentBackground widgets to show up

    Description

      Title says it all.
      If one sets Qt::Dialog to a widget which is also transparent, the said widget will now show up on screen at all. QDialog is affected as well of course.

      BTW the dialog is there, events are processed, but is completely invisible.

      This works under 5.3.1 but does not under 5.4

      Tested under Win7 and OS X, problem is only under Windows
