[Android]: When the window resizes then there it will cause flicker

    Description

      When user input element is large enough window will be re-sized instead of panned, but user can see re-size happening.

      Steps:
      1. Run attached QML on Android device.
      2. Tap input element

      Expected: No flicker on window re-size.
      Actual: Window re-size flickers.
