Please support the wayland ivi-shell protocol

      IVI-Shell provides a shell interface for Weston, which maps the GENIVI API (http://www.genivi.org) for In-Vehicle Infotainment.

      (demos of IVI-Shell are visible on https://github.com/ntanibata/weston-ivi-shell and https://github.com/Tarnyko/weston-ivi-shell)

      This series of patch adds the protocol file, and probes the presence of the protocol interface to enable it conditionally.
