qmake doesn't allow using project dependency and automatic linking

qmake generates .vcproj files that have IgnoreImportLibrary set to true. Because of this, all projects depending on a library needs to explicitly define the .lib in the linker import section. Workaround is to change this property manually and set up dependencies for dependant projects
