Some or all of the Enginio examples no longer work

    Description

      Due to changes in Qt Cloud Services, infrastructure required for running the Enginio examples no longer exists. Either the infrastructure must be recreated, or each example must provide the instructions necessary for creating the necessary infrastructure.
