Javascript dates are broken starting with 2014-10-26 (GMT+4 Europe/Moscow).

      Reproducible in qt4 webkit, qmlviewer-qt4, qmlviewer-qt5.
      Not reproducible in 5.3.2 webkit and qmlscene.

      Depends on the current timezone and tzdata version.

      qtwebkit 2.3.3-2
      tzdata 2014g-1 (2014f-1 also affected)
      timezone is Europe/Moscow.
