Painting issue with QMdiArea and subwindows on the Windows platform

      Open up the mdi example application and follow these steps:

      1. Open 2 MDI windows
      2. Minimize one of the windows
      3. Maximize the other window
      4. Maximize the main window
      5. Restore the main window
      Problem: Minimized title bar is displayed over the maximized window, though you cannot interact with it.
