On Qt Carbon, the first painting is wrong when enabling OpenGL

    Description

      On Qt Carbon, the demos are not painted correctly when OpenGL is enabled. The next painting is correct.

      To reproduce the issue:
      -start the deform demo
      -disable the animatio
      -click on "Use OpenGL"
      ->only a small square of the widget is painted on the top left.
