Redrawing issue when collapsing comments on Gerrit

I see the issues in the attached screenshot when collapsing comments on gerrit which cause the rest of the page to scroll down.

How to reproduce:

• Open https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/95764/ (e.g. in the example browser)
• Click "Expand all" in the comments
• Scroll to the very bottom
• Collapse the small comments above the big "Qt Continuous Integration System" comment by clicking on the title
