Possibility to provide a custom AndroidManifest.xml to androiddeplyqt

      It should be possible to set a custom AndroidManifest.xml file without having to change the one in the qt installation directory.

      We could use a --input-manifest for example (like for the json file).
      Or use the one in the build directory if it exists (in the tool code, removing it from the alwaysOverwritableFile function).

      I can try to provide a patch if it is ok.
