Windows 7, with Qt 5.3.2 installation (package qt-enterprise-windows-x86-1.6.0-4-online-s3).
(The same issue seems to be there also with the qt-enterprise-windows-x86-msvc2013_opengl-5.4.0-beta_2014-09-24_13-06-20-27.exe installer)

The Qt Designer shows wrong translation strings for 'Undo' and 'Redo' if the Qt Designer is launched as standalone on Windows. The 'Design' mode in Qt Creator (3.2.1 based on Qt 5.3.2) with the same installation of Qt shows the correct translation strings.
The issue happens at least on a English version of Windows 7 where Format and Location are 'Finland'. With this the 'Undo' and 'Redo' menus are shown as 'Kumoa' and 'Tee uudelleen'.
