ScrollView doesn't sync with ListView if positionViewAtIndex is not zero

Steps:
Build and run the example application
Select "View" -> "Index 1"
Select "Edit" -> "InsertAndRemove"
Scroll view using scrollbar(do not use mouse wheel)

Actual result:
ListView shows items 100 - 2, and blank row

Expected result:
ListView shows items 999 and 100 - 2

This works fine with steps:
Select "View" -> "Index 1"
Select "Edit" -> "Insert"
Select "Edit" -> "Remove"
