"Open File or Project" dialog does not get focus

      1. Select "File" -> "Open File or Project..." from the menu.
      2. Press Escape.
        Nothing happens.
      3. Click into the dialog.
      4. Press Escape.
        The dialog closes.

      The dialog should get the keyboard focus directly when opening.
