Using QtGui without QGuiApplication should trigger assertions or other warnings

QCoreApplication based application that uses features from QtGui such as QPixmap, causes program to crash.

Instead of just crashing it would be more helpful for a programmer to determine the problem with the application if there were assertions for example when QGuiApplicationPrivate::platform_integration is NULL.
