Wrong scrollbar size in scroll view if it holds items with variable heights

    Description

      Having a flickable such as ListView with variable height delegates nested in a scroll view will cause the scrollbar to change it's size while scrolling through the content.

      I have prepared a sample qml file and screenshots where it can be clearly seen.
      I have tested the issue on Win 8.1 and OS X 10.10, it happens only on Windows
