qtquickcontrols doc generation non-deterministic

    Description

      Seems 'make docs' in qtquickcontrols module generates non-deterministic content from build to build. Noticed this in fedora builds where noarch content is verified to be same on all archs. In particular, it seemed content only varied in ordering of list items.

      One workaround found was set
      QT_HASH_SEED=0; export QT_HASH_SEED
      prior to running 'make docs'
