Be able to select pages in print dialog

    Description

      It would be nice to be able to have a more advanced way of selecting pages than the 'start'/'end' page selection we have now in the unix print dialog.

      The suggestion is to have a text field where the user can type things like "1-10" or "1, 3, 5" or even a combination of those to select pages quickly.
