OS X: wacom tablets with touch don't generate any touch events

      I think this is a Wacom driver bug rather than a Qt bug, but this is here to track the issue.

      With an Intuos Pro (or probably any Wacom tablet that has touch), there are no touch events, so e.g. you can't interact with a MultiPointTouchArea or PinchArea in QtQuick.
