QMediaPlayer doesn't play mp3 files with ID3v2.4 on Windows

QMediaPlayer doesn't play mp3 files with ID3v2.4 on Windows. When I try to play such file I see the error: DirectShowPlayerService::doRender: Unresolved error code 80040266

This reproduces on all windows versions from XP to 8.1.
Also the same with Qt 4.8.6 and phonon.

The problem affects only local files. When I try to play files from internet - it plays normal. But after downloading doesn't play. After removing tags ID3v2 with some tag editor media plays normal.
Also Windows Media Player plays such media normal.
