Links in Qt 5.4 reference documentation 'index' page

      The main page of Qt 5.4 reference documentation does not provide links to topics under Qt Framework, Qt Creator IDE, Tools and Toolchains and Licenses used in Qt (http://doc.qt.io/snapshots/qt5-5.4/index.html).

      It might be easier for a user to navigate into various topics if the main page content also provides links to the information. Especially in the online documentation this might improve usability.
