MaintenanceTool (Enterprise) doesn't have proxy settings button

    Description

      The tool wants to find the license but because it can't go through the proxy, it says "Connection to license server failed. Trying again..." and never succeeds.

      Adding the --proxy option only makes the MaintenanceTool show the "Proxy Requires Authentication" error. Please add a Proxy Settings button like in the on-line installer so that the proxy can be added manually.
