extend macdeployqt to change custom plugins as well.

    Description

      It would be a nice feature if the macdeployqt tool would also check the "Frameworks" directory inside the
      bundle and modified any Frameworks or dylibs (custom plugins) it found there that referred to the system Qt frameworks to use the ones inside the bundle.
