Qt does not read the matrix from fontconfig

    Description

      Users can specify matrix operations in fontconfig for a specific font that should affect the way that Qt renders those glyphs.

      Qt currently does not use this matrix and therefor the rendering of such fonts is inconsistent between pango and Qt.
