AltGr ignored when typing in text fields if there is QAction with Qt::WidgetWithChildrenShortcut scope

      When typing text into text fields in QtWebKit and trying to perform AltGr+1 or AltGr+2 in Otter Browser these combinations are hijacked by QAtion as shortcuts (there are two shortcuts, 1 and 2 to move to tab on the left or right, like in classic Opera) and nothing is typed in.
