QTcpSocket: server receiving multiple connections when client connect one time.

Use the attached code example to reproduce this issue.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run ClientTest.exe. Update "Connect to". Click "Go".
2. Run ServerTest.exe.
3. Wait about 15 seconds (or more).
4. Click "Listen". Wait a few seconds for connections to be made.
5. If the number of connections logged in the ServerTest is the same as
the number logged in the ClientTest, click "Stop Listening"; go back to
Step 3. Otherwise you have hit this issue.

I could not reproduce this on local host but over the network between two Windows Machines I could.
