Export to PDF rasterizes SVG gradients

      When rendering SVG to PDF using QPrinter, gradients in SVG are rasterized instead of retained in vector form.

      Steps to reproduce:
      Build and run the attached project.
      Open generated PDF in Acrobat Reader and notice the rounded rectangles are both in bitmap instead of vector.
