Designer in Qt Creator 3.0.1 Mac version is not scrollable to view large GUI Window

I am working on GUI window with resolution close to my computer screen, so the designer is only able to show part of my GUI window. However, the panel that shows the GUI windows should have a horizontal and a vertical scroll bar to navigate which is missing in the Qt Creator 3.0.1 Mac version. The Linux version does not have this problem or the Mac 2.8.0 version do not have this problem.
