Shadow build generating files to source directory

      When doing a shadow build there will be a few files generated under the source directory although that should be kept clean.

      Configure & Build:

      ~/tmp/build$ ../qt-everywhere-enterprise-src-5.4.0-rc/configure -prefix $PWD/qtbase ;make

      Files modified in source directory;

      qt-everywhere-enterprise-src-5.4.0-rc/qtbase/include/QtCore
qt-everywhere-enterprise-src-5.4.0-rc/qtbase/include/QtCore/qconfig.h
qt-everywhere-enterprise-src-5.4.0-rc/qtbase/include/QtCore/qfeatures.h
qt-everywhere-enterprise-src-5.4.0-rc/qtbase/include/QtCore/QtConfig

      It seems that the files are written to the source directory in
      qt-everywhere-enterprise-src-5.4.0-rc/qtbase/mkspecs/features/qt_module_headers.prf:43
