No device found by QBluetoothLocalDevice::allDevices()

    Description

      I tested both a laptop Dell Latitude under Windows7 and a Microsoft surface Pro (Windows8).

      QBluetoothLocalDevice::allDevices() always returns an empty list.

      • I'm sure BT is available and enabled on those machines because I can connect the device using a QSerialPort (using the SPP COM number)
      • The same code on a Android does work
