Contextual menu on Windows: Second right click issue

      Contextual menu on Windows has incorrect behavior:
      When it's opened and user performs right click - it just closes existing menu and doesn't open new.
      On Mac every right click closes existing menu and opens new one.

      I've attached example qml and two videos - for mac and windows.
