QSql functionality of OCIBreak() function

    Description

      I suggest that the functionality of the OCIBreak() function should be made available in Qt, i.e. for the databases that support this, it should be possible to abort the execution of a query (or a long-taking data fetch), for instance from another "watchdog" thread.
